The Instructors at the Jeet Kune Do Institute have over 100 years of combined martial arts experience. They all continue to expand their martial arts knowledge and understanding. However, one does not live by the sword alone, they have 5 college degrees between them and a rare collection of diverse skills: computer programming, graphic design, film making, traditional art, music and much more.

Tim Motter Head Instructor
Sifu/Guro Tim Motter is a Master Instructor under Sifu/Guro Richard Bustillo. He has over 40 years of experience in martial arts and is the highest-ranking Jeet Kune Do Instructor in Central Florida.
Sifu Tim has trained extensively in Jeet Kune Do, Catch wrestling, Shooto, Boxing, Muay Thai, Doce Pares Escrima, and Wing Chun. One of his greatest strengths is being able to help students and competitive fighters reach their potential in a very short period of time.

Tim has undergone chemotherapy twice, including a bone marrow transplant to treat Hodgkin's lymphoma. He never stopped fighting and has been cancer-free for over 30 years.
He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida and has worked for over 24 years in the advertising industry as a graphic designer and creative director. He teaches graphic design and drawing at the Los Angeles Film School, does freelance graphic design, traditional art, screenwriting, and independent filmmaking.
David Branch JKD MMA Full Coach
David is a Full Coach under Sifu Motter specializing in Jeet Kune Do for MMA. boxing, and Muay Thai competition. He has over 12 years of experience and has trained fighters for both amateur and professional fights.
